About SoftwareReviewHQ.

SoftwareReviewHQ is an independent website that reviews business software in plain English, for people who have to choose a tool and are not software experts.

Why it exists

Choosing software usually means reading a vendor’s marketing page, then a handful of articles that all recommend whichever tool pays the highest commission. We want to give you the plain version: what a tool does, what it costs, where it falls short, and who it suits.

What we cover

We started with tools small businesses use for marketing: email, social media and design. We add categories as we go.

How we work

Our pages are research-based unless they say otherwise, and each one shows when its pricing was last checked. Read how we review and our editorial policy for the detail.

How we are funded

Some links to vendors may be affiliate links. They never decide what we write. See the affiliate disclosure.
